Teak veneer & beech dining table & chairs.... well that's about all I can figure out.... I have ruled out everyone I can think of as far as design goes and am going cross-eyed looking at Google.

I think it is European (purchased in the UK) & from the 70's.

Chairs W:50 H:74 D:46 Height to seat 44 (cms)
Table D:121 H:74 length extended 162(cms)

No makers marks and no sign of a label having been removed.
Any new pointers for search options or possible id's appreciated.

Thanks Ash.

smells awefully of
G-plan.
If the table legs are glued and un-removable = gplan
Chairs look like they could be g-plan too.
Not some thing which I recognise

Table
is definitely G Plan.
I don't recall seeing that partcular model of chair before, bit if they were bought together then they're most likely G Plan too.

G-Plan was one of my first thoughts...
Thanks for the replys - G-Plan was one of my first thoughts because of the Fresco table & unfortunately I don't know if they were purchased as a set. There are a couple of things that seem inconsistent between this and the G-plan tables. Most of the tables that I have seen from them have about a 1cm of the solid clashing visible from the top and the veneer surface is set into it. On this table the veneer surface comes full width. I did find one table online that is the same as mine and is attributed to G-Plan (but they don't show any labels or other 'proof' except that the chairs they have with it appear to be G-Plan)
Also the G-Plan table legs seem to have a finer taper at the base and a rounder profile where they meet the table top.
As to the chairs I have yet to find another listing anywhere that matches (attributed or not).
Thanks again for the help, I'll keep looking, Google here I come....

Forgot to mention the only thing I did find on the chairs was that each had a small pink or blue ticket stapled to the seat support. No names just numbers..

Definately not G Plan, the legs should be round and tapering (as you rightly said) and the same for the legs of the chairs. I say Nathan...and will keep thinking

Thanks for the thought islandmodern, I did have a look at Nathan but didn't find anything on this line... The very low stretcher bars on the chairs seem a little unusual and have become something I have been trying to follow up.
