Teak Sideboard - Do or Don't?

I found this piece at a local dealer. It's looking quite danish, but was manufactured in Germany. He wants 440 Euro for it - is it worth it?

The wood is in good shape. Measurements are 220x85x43 cm.

a nice looking sideboard.
Not too over-priced.

I was just unsure about the price. Another local dealer is selling this danish ACO Mobler sideboard with sliding doors for 500 Euro:
I was looking for such a sideboard for a long time. Not that easy here, as prices on eBay mostly go from 700 to 1200 Euro. Although there's nothing better than sliding doors, I really like the external drawers on the one I posted first. So I think it's going to be this one.
