Currently in Auckland NZ : Online suggestions are English, One seller in the UK said possibly EON (Elliots of Newbury.
I've done the Google thing and now reached a dead end. All help appreciated.

Look like EON to me too.
There are some on ebay right now, but the attribution is non-conclusive.

Thanks, Don't seem to be too many of them around. There's a set on 1stdibs at the moment and I saw another set were listed in the UK a while back
They do look like something from EON.
Haven't got my hand on these yet, pick up is Saturday.
