looks like a knock off
of the Max Bill Sun Lamp
Someone has one on Flickr and calls it a Graves Lamp. From the comments that are on that Flickr page it seems as though it was available at Target...as to the validity of this, I can't say. Someone has one on Craigslist. Here is the link.

I think Michael Graves for Target is correct. Anyone know when it was made/sold? I'm guessing in the early 2000s.

Definitely Michael Graves for Target as I purchased one of these in the early 2000's. Still in use.
