I have searched the net for this material for a few months, however, I can not find this stuff anywhere. Are the any folks out there who can source this for our flat. Thank you in advance

I don't know what that is
but it's not authentic Swedish Army Camouflage, they use the M90 pattern

that's Swedish Snow Camo.
Christopher Raeburn, a menswear designer known for using fabrics from sustainable sources and reusing/ recycling fabrics has used it in his collection.
It seems the fabric is Tyvek- if that helps.

I considered this fabric for a room divider once. Might look great as curtains too.
here's a german shop that I found (they say it's norwegian but it looks like the one in your pictures).
