Hello I would appreciate any information on Svend Ellekaer.I can't find much info myself on Ellekaer ,or his designs.I am interested in purchasing a three leg rosewood and glass coffee table by him.So; I would really appreciate any info on him before I buy.Also; does his work have any value?

The coffee table I am purchasing is like this.
This is like the coffee table I am buying.I know Ellekaer was the designer ,but which cabinet maker built these.Also; what would a fair offer be on this.

Hi, the table is made by Chr. Linnebjerg Møbelfabrik ca. 1960. Beside the glass plate it also comes with a wooden top, and threelegged stools as well. Made in teak and rosewood. Sven Ellekær made various seating/table design for smaller DK companys in the 60´s. Very nice, high quality. Actually I´m collecting the stools my self. 🙂
