I've got a pair of chairs in storage similar to these. Mine have a different leather on them but otherwise identical.
The seller listed the ones below as Breuer for Stam and then went on to call them Thornet Cesca. They obviously didn't have a clue what they were. As far as I know they aren't either Breuer or Stam and darn well arn't Cesca chairs.
Anyone happen to know who really made them or designed them.
There are no screws or bolts in them other than holding the wooden armrests on. If you take the armrest off the back and seat will separate from the rest of the frame so that the leather seat can be put on. (the front of the seat stays insert into a hole in the leg)
I assume these were made in the '70s. I realize they aren't worth much from a design or collectors stand point. It would just be interesting to know who made them.
