Hello,
Could anyone shed light on which company may have produced this chair? It is soft leather over a fabric sling. The Frame is all Polished Stainless Steel. I have seen chairs "almost like it" but not exactly like it.
Any help would be appreciated.

It sure does, looks very much like a 'siesta chair' made out of steel.

Agreed
We sure think it looks like a Stainless Steel Westnofa siesta chair, but the armrests seem different and I could find no reference for a version in steel, so we are stumped completely. Also the legs have another slight bend in them forming the feet.
Hoping someone out there can end the mystery sandwich for us.

I can see that
I can see similarities. The leather used also looks familiar.
The only chair I have seen with legs like this one is the corona chair by Poul Volther. the legs bend out and then 3" or so before they terminate they bent slightly.

Still seeking anyone who could positively ID this chair.

I appreciate the help, but this was another dead end. Came across these exact chairs doing research but can't find any info that company produced our mystery chair. It still has us stumped, but the base has very close to the corona chair by poul Volther's. I'm trying to explore if the company that produced his may have had something to do with our chair. We own a couch by Erik Jorgensen (who collaborated with Volther at times) and the chair has strong similarities to the couch's design and make. In fact it was the reason we bought the chair. However, Dux was the manufacturer of our couch.
Its crazy how much we've researched to still come up with nothing definite.
