I am trying to find a basic wool tan or beige square rug. Apoximately 6'6" Does anyone know of a place in the US where I can find such a rug or have a rug cut or made to a certain size. The only thing I have found is the FLOR rug tile. This will work, but I do not love the feel of these rugs. Thoughts?

I saw a blue one once but it was 6' 5"
Any good carpet store ought to be able to make one in wool if solid or some can do simple patterns by intercutting colors of the same rug but you won't have the natural finge.

Try overstock.com
They have a lot of rugs. What quality are you looking for? You can always get carpet from a Home Depot(or anywhere with carpet by the foot/yard), cut a square and finish the edges.

Glue or sew edging
If your looking for a thin to semi thin pile, you can pickup edge banding From your local fabric ship. They sell good glue or you can sew it on. If it's has a high pile and is too thick for the edge banding, fabric shops usually sell a glue that will seal the edges. Good luck!

You will also need..
Get a anti-slip pad too. It's also good for a little cushioning.
