Spunwicker (Marmorin) Norwegian 'Runway' Coffee table  

I bought the most amazing coffee table in the late 80's - it is called runway as it is a cantilevered flat triangle suspended in a faux marble base of angled pyramid design - it looks amazing but is made of metal. It is marked underneath as 'Marmorin Spunwicker Norway with a telephone number. Can anyone shed any light on what this piece might be, who actually mad it and whether it is now worth anything? I am about to emigrate and the debate is open as to whether it comes with me.... Please mail with any info.
