Hi Collective Wisdom,

I'm thinking of picking up a set of what are advertised as Fritz Hansen dot stools - but the early Soren Hansen versions. Given that they don't have Fritz Hansen stamps, I'm obviously a bit leery, but if they are Soren Hansen (and supposedly the exposed screws are indicative of early stools) then it's possible that they wouldn't have the FH stamps.

I've included a couple of images. I think that the legs are the key, as the mounts and legs are pretty distinctive (and possible primitive?)

Thoughts?

Hi
I've always assumed these were knockoffs of the Jacobsen stool. Do you have an example photo of the bona fide Soren Hansen stool?
