Someone help me find the designer of this chair please  

Hi,

I'm desperately in need of some help. I work at a charity in North London and we have been donated a very unique armchair. I have asked around local auction houses and have had a few different time periods put on the chair but nothing definitive.

If anyone could give me any information or a rough price estimate on the chair or even point me in the right direction, I would be extremely grateful.

It's been suggested it's an Italian design, around the late 70's or 80's.
