I noticed this chair on the blog made from 70% recycled bottle caps. It appears to be a hard surfaced chair, but I like the idea of using recycled material for the chair and I like the look, too. I was wondering if this material could be mixed and cooked to produce a somewhat spongy material that could be formed into a chair that was firm enough to sit on and lean on but which gave enough on impact to cushion impacts and avoid injuries?
