I don't have that many lamps, but this is one of my favorites:

Some that I have....
Also have a Le Klint 172B. I love the Random Light, but it's too pricey to me right now.
Still keeping my eye out for a floor lamp.

Beautiful!
I only recognize the one in the third pic. Any info on the others?
Floor lamps usually cost more to buy and ship, and seem harder to place than table lamps, but when you get them right they can really make a room all on their own I think.
My latest purchase is a floor lamp, actually:

Lamps...
woodywood...do you really like the Tord Boontje one? Does it give off any useful light?
Here's one of my fav's. Bought this years ago in Provincetown, MA at a very cool shop called 'Wa'. They're still there, link below....asian decor items and antiques with a modernist sensibility...loved the place

The first is the Eclipse lamp by Mauricio Klabin. The second is a Laurel lamp, designer unknown to me. The fourth is Lightolier, also unknown.
Olive, I think the Midsummer lamp functions just fine. I use it at the bedside with a lower wattage bulb. It provides good light over the bed, while the rest of the room is somewhat dim. But the light is definitely more diffuse than the photo suggests.
