Dear All,
These 2 chairs and 1 ottoman were recently donated to the local charity store. They have no labels that I can find. The metal looks to be chrome, and the fabric is tired. One chair has a higher back. They are quite heavy. I really have no use for them...unless you folks think that I should find a good use for them. I appreciate any guidance.
Best,
Your clueless Aunt Mark
Thanks jerry.
another shot (sorry about the poor quality). And are you sure that they are Milo Baughman? I wonder why the pieces aren't labeled?
Thanks so much, maybe I should go over and but them. Hopefully they are free of bedbugs.
Aunt Mark
ps I think that the 3 pieces were around $700USD. Too much?
(edited because I'm stupid).
I cant say for sure that...
I cant say for sure that they are Baughmans...But they are def his style....700.00 thats high for a charity store! but not a bad deal for the set if thats your thing....and I currently own 2 baughman pieces...one from the late 50s...and one from the 70's....and neither have there label
Bottom line, Mark,
(and you know this already) if they're well-crafted, comfortable, and speak to you in that special way, what's a measly 7 C's?
FWIW, I think the look is entirely appropriate for your place. Especially if they're destined to take the place of that abominable treadmill.
