I came across this Selig chair and ottoman but have had no luck obtaining information about it. Under the seat cushion a label says "Selig Imperial" and under the ottoman there is a decal that reads "Made in Sweeden". Pretty good condition. Any idea of the year, worth anything, other info?

I don't believe it is overman
I can not say anything for sure but I would guess this is not overman. I am a huge fan of overman and I have actually bought this same chair in question on ebay 2 years ago from a man that said it was overman when it arrived it was clearly marked selig and the quality was lacking infact the chair stinks. I know everyone on here already thinks overman stinks but this chair stinks even more it has the look of overman but I would sure like to think it was not made by them. I could be wrong as i know knothing about overman making chairs for selig. But my opinion is the chair is cheaper then overman. The base is even crappy. where the overman chairs made in sweden were a solid metal base this is a bent piece of chromed metal that is thin and cheap.Also the material on this chair is a really low quality vynil where overman is of more quality
I am not bashing your chair or calling it ugly. I bought it myslef. I just don't think it is of the same quality as overman
