Scissors Chair in Australia?

I have one too. Knoll was made under license here in Australia in 60s 70s.. I guess this is one of them. I know saarinen series and even Finn Juhls were made here too.

but they are different
but they are different to any other than i can reference
and they aren't marked
in princple they are the same
and if i was to hazard a guess they are scissor chairs but i'd like to know more about them

Builder, do you have any infomation on the who, when and where of these licensed pieces that were made here? You've got me intrigued.
Remember the days when Australia used to make things and had more to be proud of? Now we just dig stuff out of the ground, sell it off, buy it back and spend any profit on widescreen televisions.
