I suppose I am willing to pay for it if I cannot find it on the internet. It'd be great to have it, and I'm sure the $30 is reasonable- it's just not something I'm willing to do at this moment.

check your public library
check your public library or if you are lucky, an art/design museum library that is open for public use. depending on where you are, here in the u.s.a. public libraries try to keep the references current (books, dvd's, e-books etc.) and available for anyone with a library card. some have a way of adding a title in the catalog if it is not currently listed.
