There is significant documentary evidence supporting the fact that Leslie Diamond designed the Conant Ball Modernmates line and absolutely zero historical evidence in support of the Russel Wright attribution.

Thanks for your feedback. I've seen the set in the center picture recently attributed to Russel Wright, incorrectly obviously. Maybe we need a Russel Wright/Leslie Diamond bird dog much like you in your accomplishments with McCobb.

wright or diamond?
wright did design the american modern line for conant ball. all of those pieces have his name stamped in the logo of conant ball... until his contract with them ended. then those american modern pieces no longer have his name on them. he did NOT design the modernmates line for conant ball. leslie diamond did. there is a tiny amount of evidence from old magazines and design shows that mr. ball designed modernmates . despite what ann kerr says, there is no evidence that wright designed modernmates. russel wright studios llc says that russell wright has been incorrectly credited with designinging modernmates. that is from the legal dept of russell wright studios... and they should know! this is the document stating that. the info. is near the end.
