I'm wondering if anyone here might know whether there's a current production model of Littell's Luar chair. I know that Herman Miller was manufacturing them for a short while, but I don't know for how long or when production ceased. Did Knoll also produce these chairs at some point? There was a pair on 1stDibs, I believe, for some comical asking price.
Anyone here own one, and if so, whaddya think?

I can't tell anymore what's a stock photo and what's actual.
Then again, Modernica makes the OX chair, which I don't believe is available in any licensed OFFICIAL version, and it is NICE and manufactured stateside. This website...I don't know.

Okay, let me clarify before I incite a riot...by fakes, I mean, of course, lousy cut-rate knock offs for people seeking instant gratification...slapdash renditions that only serve to cheapen the original design concept...there.
