Is not that you gave advise and were not appreciated for it. It is that you added an unwarranted (see Robert's post above) and unnecessary snippy chiding. Try not to play the martyr when you were the original offending party. Had you left out sentence 2 and 3, it would have been great, but like many on this forum, you just cant help adding in your childish indignation when replying to an ID request. It is apparent that ID requests bother you. Sorry, but Robert is right on the money. This forum is an excellent place for inquiry. You proved it by giving the perfect answer to the poster, advising them to go to the source. You just did it in a crappy way with your lecturing additions.
