I have a Ladderax Wall Unit and I think the original finish is either Teak or Rosewood Veneer. Unfortunately, the previous owner painted it with a textured paint finish. Do you think it is possible to remove the paint finish without damaging the veneer? Is so, how do you recommend I go about this. Any information will be gratefully received!

Hi
I think I'd be wary for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, things are often painted because they're damaged in the first pace, so stripping the paint will just reveal the previous damage, and secondly, the veneer on ladderax is quite thin.
I'd imagine even if you stripped the paint successfully it would still show in the grain- and sanding to remove that might go through the veneer. (although white spirit and wire wool might lift it?)
You don't say what pieces are painted, but you could maybe try one side of a shelf first to see?
