Greetings all,
I recently had a minor repair done on this walnut table and the crafstman who did it told me I might "have something" here.

Does this look familiar to anyone?

That
is pretty cool. You don't see that edge every day -- as in, never ?
The leg penetrating the main top to support the upper is rare and wonderful, too.

Coolindeed
Neat table! Inital reaction to the wood itself, reminds me of what Craft Associates & Mersman were doing...ala Adrian Pearsall & Kaganesque.
Sure there's no markings?
Are the bottom of the legs capped off with metal glides?

legs & markings
thanks for the responses
the back leg in actually two pieces and each has metal 'feet'.
the bottom has hand-written in black marker the legs numbered 1 to 3, '4217 WAL'-presumably material reference, and '#9135'.
love the input, keep it coming

Good Suggestions All
Haven't been able to nail it down, but i'm learning about designers whose work will fit in my house now!
The table seems to be a prototype given its quality, and the fact that it seems to be hand made. Possible?
Also, we're thinking of duplicating it so we can have a similar piece in the room. Thoughts on craftspeople who could handle the job?
