Herman Miller is a very large company, and their iconic modern furniture is a very small portion of their business. The vast majority of their products, like this desk, were designed by people other than Eames and Nelson.
The tag doesn't belong ad looks to have been added. The tag clearly states "Designed by Charles Eames" which this desk clearly was not. The desk may not be Herman Miller at all.
