WE've had a Nigel Coates TOngue sofa from the mod 90s. Still looks good, but the Alcantara covering doesn't.
SO we'd like to recover it in hide. Not too many upholsterers work with modern furniture. SCP can do it, but it's not something they specialise in, and Alan James - who was recommended to me by a couple of dealers - seems very busy and I suspect he's bumped up his prices for that reason.
Can anyone recommend a good upholsterer? TIA.
