Why do some sellers (e.g. on eBay) have photos of their items sitting in the SNOW?!!

Uh ...
furniture? I guess it could be easy to stick a vase in the snow to have a nice white background, but it's crazy.
A lot of people on ebay photograph items outside.

Ha...funny. EBay sellers aren't exclusive to this approach. Visit Wright20th's home page. In the homepage slideshow, you'll see two pictures of Eames DSR's proudly standing in snow.
