Today is the 46th Anniversary of the great Poul Henningsen- who designed such masterpieces as the PH5 lamp and the PH Artichoke Pendant.
Does anyone own any Poul Henningsen designs?

A bunch of old farts
With the exception of myself no one has responded to this thread!
Are we all to understand that all you old pompous super gurus on this site don't have a clue about Poul Henningsen lamps. I'm beginning to think that all you so called experts don't even know or even care or even heard of Poul Henningsen. You should all retire, and let a new generation take over.
God you are a bunch of old farts!
But always with the utmost best regards.
Joe
A broken PH3/2.5 vintage glass model?
If so, my condolences; would still like to see an overall shot.
I got a PH5 for the dining room a couple of years ago, and just found a PH4/3 a couple of months ago in a thrift store which is now above the stair landing.
I'm now keeping my eye out in vintage spots around town for a PH 3/2 (any variation). I think I may be looking for a while for that one.
RIP
I believe that we were asked if we OWNED a Henningsen lamp. We were not asked if we knew about him and his work. If I were asked to discuss Henningsen's legacy, I would have commented. Now, if we were asked who owned a Starck/Flos pendant lamp, I would have commented and posted a photo.
Maybe I am being too literal, but certainly not feeble. Respect your elders.
To clarify
I started this thread as an opportunity for people to discuss Henningsen's designs, life and legacy.
So feel free to post whatever you like, as long as it is something about Poul. I just want to create discussion about our favourite designers.
The pictures so far are great! 🙂
