Has anyone been there previously? Is it worth the trip in your opinion?

I have
been, it's just in the next town over from where I live. You will see some different things that you might not normally see everywhere. Maybe some Willy Guhl, lots of Corbusier, Ingo Maurer lamps, some Willy Rizzo, etc. The trend right now in Switzerland and France is "meuble de metier", so you will see tons of this warehouse/industrial type furniture, Jielde lamps, etc.
BTW, if you already live in Switzerland, you should not go into sticker shock, but, if you are from elsewhere, Swiss prices will make your eyes roll back in your head.

The Puces in Paris ? I went...
The Puces in Paris ? I went once, it was ok ...nothing special...I way prefered the St Ouen Market...that was more of an eye opener. If you have not been to St Ouen then start around the marche Paul Bert area.

Puce
"Les puce du design" is in Paris, if its the one your talking about? Its been going over 10 years and always has plenty to look at. Not a place for bargains (in my opinion) but has different levels of quality.
