I bought this lamp a few months ago on a flea market in germany, as a "seventies lamp". Some days ago I recognized that it was designed by Poul Christiansen.

My lamp defenitly is not a LK 342, maybe it's a modified LK 172. But I'm not sure if my lamp is authentic at all, I rather think it's a reproduction/replica ? maybe you can tell me? Therefore I made some detail-photos: http://www.abload.de/gallery.php?key=n3vaGJ5Y

No matter if authentic or reproduction there are two things I'm planning to do with this lamp: hang it up as a pendant light and clean it. What's the best way to clean this lamp and make it as bright as possible again?
