Polyester Menhir object ID or help asked  

Does anyone know something about this createur?
Bought this a long time ago and did not knew what it stand for.
googled all over, nothing to find.
Any Ideas?
This item is about 75 cm High (about...)
and a 30 Cm wide (also +-)
It is made out of polyester and has a kind of counterweight at the bottom, so the item could stand up at its own(like some childtoys)
I just dont know if the object is complete, if the label is from the object and what it is used for ;-)...(why the hell did you bought it then will you ask ;-))...
Any help or IDeas would be great.
Maybe its an art object or so? There are no objects broken of or cutted of...
