I posted that I had tried several avenues to get some buttons for my Knoll chairs but with no luck. Mjf451 suggested that I call Knoll, on top of my email to knoll.com and three unanswered emails to two knoll stores.
Some * felt compelled to do his business on the thread so here's a clean start.
I called and they said that some buttons will be sent to me forthwith. Mjf451 has saved the Pollock twins (two leather vintage armchairs) thanks!

There you go.
Congrats.
Knoll is based in a small town in PA. They probably prefer to operate the old-fashioned way.

Indeed they do. Ive had great success in the past contacting them via both Telegram and Telex
"Requesting two Pollack buttons -STOP- Brown preferred -STOP- Please dispatch via Postal Courier -STOP-....."
After the rigmarole of the earlier thread, I'm glad you persisted and got your buttons-Congrats.

Thanks
vintage damage - though this thread is a few months old, I just wanted to say thanks for following up. I may buy a Pollock Chair that is missing a button and I'm glad to see that it is possible to obtain them.

The button size
on the ones sent to me is very slightly larger than what are on my chairs, which are from '82. The bag sent is labeled "Pollock" so it looks like the size changed for the chairs at some time from #23 to #24.

Knoll
Is always changing things slightly over the years. It can be kind of frustrating at times.
