Hello. My husband is a French tapissier - an artisan who repairs, rebuilds, reupholsters furniture in the old way, by hand. Someone has given him a pair of original Pollack chairs to reupholster. He is having a challenge at placing the outer shell back in position. His question is: is this even possible? Or is he obliged to order a new outer shell from Knoll - and is that even possible?
