Plycraft chair?

Just picked this chair up for $300 from a guy a couple days ago. It's plycraft from the sticker but which one is it? Did it have a name? It's very comfortable but I'm also wondering if it ever came with an ottoman?

nice chair!
looks great!
picked up one of these a year ago for $400.
its designed by G.Mulhauser, not sure what year.
i've seen them with and without ottomans.
mine didnt come with an ottoman

According to this old ad its called the "Molded Walnut Arm Chair" form the Directional Line by George Mulhauser.
It's also pictured with no ottoman.

Yes, it did come with an ottoman. I have the same chair/ottoman set. The ottoman looks like that Eames lounge chair's ottoman but without buttons on top and with the same base as the chair.
I have seen "Mr. Chair" sticker on one of these chairs. I know the typical Mr. Chair by Plycraft looks a bit different, but perhaps they called all the lounge chairs they produced "Mr. Chair"?
