Please help me ID these teak lounge chairs.

There is no mark on these teak lounge chairs. They look similar to Alf Svensson's arms, but slightly different.
Does anybody know who designed or where they are made?

I am not quite sure I am looking at teak here. That is a good opening question that might refine your search. Can you take some good sharp photos of the wood grain.

Hi ericson, thank you for the reply. I took some close up photos.
These chairs have lighter color wood on the armrests compared to the rest of the parts.

I think they might be afrormosia frames with teak armrests. Can you take a closer up photo of the side like in the first photo.

And yes that is Afrormosia. Those chairs have seen very, very little UV light over their lifetime. Or they have recently been disassembled, and very thoroughly sanded.
This might point to a Norwegian origin.
