Please help identify unusual large designer lamp

Can someone please help identify the designer and maker of this large 60" tall and 21" width floor lamp. It has glass globes. Thank you.

No idea of the maker..are you in the US or Europe ?

trying to remember
There have been two on ebay in the past 6 months (both with broken globes) but I can't remember for the life of me what they were listed as. Sciolari or Parzinger maybe? I tried to do some research but came up empty.
