look a bit like a Borg Morgensen copy to me,he designed a chair called the shaker but it had two rails between the front and back legs also the top of the front legs are more prominent on borges model,I'll keep looking...

There are just two rails going from the back legs to the front.
Very grateful if you find something about this. I assume it's a knockoff, but then why stamp a name on it?

I'm hoping to be proven wrong on this and these are more than just a knock off,I'm sure there's a list of people waiting to contradict me on this.
