Please help identify this coat hanger thing.  

These came out of a high school here in Nebraska that was built in the 1950's.  The building is getting ready to be demolished and I picked these up at the surplus auction.  I have 6 of them and they do need some cleaning up as they have some paint from when the rooms were painted later on.  This example has both coat hangers on it, but I only have 5 hangers.  I was hoping to find out a possible designer of these and also where I might find more coat hangers that would match.  As far as I can tell they are solid Aluminium for the metal pieces with a single screw for each of the hangers.
