Not too confuse with Puce, which I consier more "brown" in nature...Throwing Pink into the mix. One of my most disliked colors. Supposedly a neutral color, evoking calmness, beauty, feminine, youthful innocence.
I can't recall the last time I saw pink in a great design, other than on a pretty women (fashion). Even in fashion, I dislike pink. Regardless of how great the piece is, I'll dismiss it because it's pink.
Pink interiors? Ugh!
Pink...yeee-uuuccck!
What is one to do with Pink? Surely worse than Blues? Have you ever seen a impeccable furniture designed in pink? Or anything truly outstanding in pink? Warm fuzzy pink slippers don't count! Please share.
One pink and one pink only is allowed in my world...
Electric, saturated, total overdose hot hot pink. It's fun and looks awsome as fake fur pillows when you are bored of winter and need a jolt of energy...although I rather fond of the delicate soft pink of my sweetie kitty's nose
Pink popularity continues in 2008
I too have never been a big fan of pink. Could it be that it isn't a color that is flattering on me so why surround myself with it?
Anyway regardless of how I feel about pink personally passion for pink is running high at the moment among consumers and is going to continue into 2008.
Here's a link to a post I wrote on pink...Pink, pink and more pink!
