The Philadelphia Museum of Art has a small exhibit of modern design. It's smaller than I'd like, but the pieces are beautiful! I hope you get to see it.
Nearby there's also a great Star Wars exhibit at the Franklin Museum, if that's your design interest. Stormtroopers look pretty smart.
