Is this a Panton prototype? Please help identify this chair.

Hi. This chair is made of a high density foam and is finished in a faux woodgrain. Shape reminds me of Pantons famous S chair but I can't seem to find anything about it. No markings either. It is good quality and dates to the 70s. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks...

Hello,
It's the kangaroo chair by Ernst Moeckl for Horn.
Quite common in Germany.
