I have read all the threads here on the S chair. Has anyone seen this stamp on the bottom "D6"? My thought was these are knock-offs. I have had ones with ribs, stamped Herman Miller before. These weigh a lot more, maybe polyurethane? No ribs but two small holes under the seat (from injection molding?). From looking at the feet, they appear painted.
