The biggest issue is filing the interior void. The opening of both vases is penny size. Not practical to stuff peanuts into...unless I'm feeling devlish. Thought maybe plastic pellets used for BB-guns...but weight becomes an issue. Though Pasta, weight an issue again. Maybe I could just shred peanuts into small pieces? Any ideas?

There is no need to do that
If the box is rigid and appropriately sized, and you fill up all the other space so that the vase is essentially suspended inside the box, there is no need to fill up the inside of the vase.

I have ebay account now 🙂 . . . But couldn't publish 🙁
I have now ebay account, paypal account, published items, published photo, additional photo, text, etc, etc, everything, and in the very last step... needed a security code or don't know what, that I could only get by opening a new bank account. I was no planing to opening another new bank account this week... I could retry other things, but have no more time for this.
So I'll publish it directly here, a pity that could have (maybe) a little less exposure, but perhaps nicer, will be more similar to have you directly on the shop, more friendly as so many people that visit the store/workshop, who no need to buy, just look, touch [sorry, this is not available by now here 🙂 ] and talk about design.
Below as was listed on ebay:

This item is part of the "OUT OF THE MUD" fundraising auction.
On April 5, Petite Nation River in Quebec has overflowed its banks, causing a lot of damage to designer Koen De Winter's house, destroying completely the installations of his ceramic workshop.
Koen De Winter is a well-known designer who has always shared his knowledge with a lot of generosity, in particular through his very numerous contributions on designaddict.com forum.
For this reason, a solidarity outburst manifested itself spontaneously amongst Design Addict's community. It comes true in the form of a sale - see details here (link to 'away for a while' - see link below)
The object presented on this page is part of the sale and 100% of the amount of the sale will be sent to the project "Out of the Mud" intended to help Koen to rebuild his workshop. Thank you very much for your contribution.
(added here for DA, not on ebay)
Ask for more photos if needed.
Ask any detail that's not clear above.
We may adapt/customize little details, as cord longer, if needed, (same price of course).
Ask also if need longer or with more bubbles.

Hello everybody,
We would like to close the "Out of the Mud" fundraising in order to send the amount collected to Koen.
For those who have sold objects on ebay or elsewhere and who have not yet transfered the money, they can do it via this page (link below).
Any other person willing to contribute can also donate via this same page.
We will close the account this Monday 17.
Thank you again to all for your participation!

.
Items I published didn't were sold on-line.
Anyway I'll surely sell them locally next days.
I'll do the transfer. Just must see how to do that little detail. (Still verifying pay-pal (!!), will end next week they say....).
Thanks DA for the work, I imagine only a little bit how much effort this must be required, and to gives us the chance to participate.
