Hi Glass... I know you're a long time DA contributor, and have posted photos...just photobucket can be tricky sometimes. The only thing going into the AWI box should be like this example:

one more try
(If it shows up this time). This is a glass vase in a cane technique from my interruption series. The black lines start and stop repeatedly throughout the piece. They are also sharper than the photo shows. My camera (and I!) cant easily focus on such an intense pattern. I will re-shoot the photo before the auction. It measures 10 3/4" tall x 6" diameter (27 cm. x 15 cm.).

Hello everybody,

Hello everybody,
We would like to launch the "Out of The Mud" auction starting from June 15. It is not necessary to launch all the auctions precisely on the 15 but it would probably be more efficient to concentrate the sales during the period between June 15 and 30.
For the those who don't want to use eBay to sell their objects, they can present their objects in this thread and communicate their email address to allow the buyers to contact them. In this case, to avoid spam, it would probably be wise to to create a temporary email address with a free service like G mail or write your email address this way: myname at myprovider.com
We thank you for your participation.
Alix and Patrick

Dear Patrick and Alix
If it would not be too much trouble, Could I impose upon you to Write a small text that we could paste into our auctions? I think something standardized that we could use as explanation of our mission would be beneficial. Also, I do not trust myself not to say something stupid, inelegant, or just plain inaccurate in my listing. Additionally, If we all use one keyword in all of our listing titles, we can invite bidders to see the other listings with that keyword as a search (DeWinter perhaps?). Would it also be appropriate to post a link to DA and the "away for a while" page and or the "out of the mud" page for those who wanted to learn more about our project? Bill

Oh boy, I better get crackin.
Agree with Glass. A simple snippet for consistency is a good idea.
How will funds be transferred? Paypal?
Post links to respective lots using the edit function?

One more point.....
If there was a statement from P and A, something "official", my bidders might be less inclined to think it is a scam to make a sale. Bill

Think can have all done before the end of the next week.
But if not, it's a good idea to contact directly by mail.

Here's the text for the listings:
This item is part of the "OUT OF THE MUD" fundraising auction.
On April 5, Petite Nation River in Quebec has overflowed its banks, causing a lot of damage to designer Koen De Winter's house, destroying completely the installations of his ceramic workshop.
Koen De Winter is a well-known designer who has always shared his knowledge with a lot of generosity, in particular through his very numerous contributions on designaddict.com forum.
For this reason, a solidarity outburst manifested itself spontaneously amongst Design Addict's community. It comes true in the form of a sale - see details here (link to 'away for a while' - see link below)
The object presented on this page is part of the sale and x% of the amount of the sale will be sent to the project "Out of the Mud" intended to help Koen to rebuild his workshop. Thank you very much for your contribution.
(don't forget to add the percentage that you will allow to the project)

Vases
I haven't had any trouble shipping or receiving. The key (like anything else fragile) is fill up all the space in the box. Styrofoam peanuts are great but newspaper can do the job just as well.
