Every year in London we have "Open House" weekend when private buildings are opened to the public. Apparently this year it's this weekend.
I'm wondering if any Open house veterans on this board could recommend some amazing open houses to snoop in.

Its not mid-century
But I can highly recommend going around the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. A great illustration of old power and diplomacy.
