Looks to be 1960s vintage. Up-armored. Thick wall as bomb proof base. I've googled for images and don't find anything that looks like it.
Slightly squatty, stainless steel kettle. Round, graduated diameter. Spout like on an old Hobbs. Black recessed handle in kettle lid. Nice looping handle with brushed steel on top and black plastic, or bake-alite surface underside for hand contact.
Nice design.
Simple. Plain. Solid.
If anyone knows of a site to go to that has lots of pics of old german tea kettles, please post a link so I can go hunting for info on it.
