Cado wall system in oak
I have what looks to be a Cado wall system in oak, but I do not see any identifying marks on it. How can I know if it is really a Cado piece, or some knockoff?
Some pieces are in good shape, some need some help. I intend on restoring and selling it, but I don't want to put too much effort into it if it is not really a collectors item. I really like the piece, but have no place for it, as it attaches to the wall.
Any insights into who made this would be greatly appreciated.
Post some pictures....
Post some pictures. Also there is a a Cado oak unit on Ebay right now (see link). If it looks like this, its probably legit. The one on ebay has no cabinets, but Cado made oak cabinets as well as shelves. Also, sometimes the shelves have "Made in Denmark" impressed onto the back edge of the shelf.
