Can't help sorry but thanks for posting, this Brenner house is so similar to one at the end of my street there might be a connection.
Actually not that similar but still nice, its currently being renovated and I await the results with a sense of doom.

A little, its a butterfly roof though, the rest of the house is obscured and it has a deck at the back with a sort of mezzanine above the garage.

That house can't be in Oz.
I don't see a single deadly creature, egg-laying mammal, or empty beer can the size of a fire bucket anywhere in the picture.
