But I guess it could be. I know the upholstery is all wrong. The back should have a straight row of buttons, five per section, and the seat should be smooth without any detailing. I know that all the extra details could have been added, but I suspect they are original. There should be glides at the bottom of the floor also. I did not think that the modular group had been knocked off at any time, but I was recently shown a piece that was very similar, but like this one looked like a Nelson modular group had an illegitimate child with an armless Florence Knoll sofa. You may have to go armed with a tape measure to determine.
