I want to "reupholster" a chair of mine with interwoven straps ala Risom or Knoll Sorensen chairs.

I believe these straps are typically nylon or vinyl, but I'm not sure.

Does anybody know what material to use? Or where to buy it?

Thanks in advance.

Nylon/cotton
Should be pretty easy to find.
Cotton canvas and leather were used on the vintage Risom chairs. Current production uses cotton canvas or nylon/cotton.

Yes, but
I am finding it hard to find. Is it just "cotton webbing" not unlike the link below?
Or is it cotton fabric that's then cut into straps?
Any links would be very helpful. Thanks!

It
is pre-made webbing woven as strips, not fabric cut into strips.

Yes
It's just standard webbing straps.
