Need help identifying retro/vintage lamp

Hi all,

I just bought a lamp at a marked/garage sale. The seller told me that it was her mother that had owned the lamp. The seller was around 40 years old so I guess this lamp should be placed around 1960-1970s.

The label that once sticked to the inside of this lamp is unfrotunal gone and i have no luck finding a similiar lamp searching the web. I now hope that someone here can help me fing out who designed/produced this cool looking lamp:)

PS! The lamp was bought in Norway.

My guess - Swedish
Looks like something from swedish lamp manufacturer Ateljé Lyktan, possibly designed by Anders Pehrson.

I've looked at the possibilities, but then again I havent seen any of his lamps having several layers and levels.(circle within circle) Sorry for the bad explanation.
One more detail i forgott to mention is that the lamp is all metal.
